Quanta — Customer Portal
A self-serve customer portal for a green-energy provider — usage dashboards, plan management, and Stripe-backed billing.
The challenge
Quanta was fielding 2,000+ support tickets a month for things customers should be able to do themselves: view usage, change plans, and download invoices. Their legacy portal was a 2014 jQuery app that crashed on Safari.
What we built
Built a self-serve portal with realtime usage dashboards (D3.js), plan switching, invoice downloads, and Stripe-backed billing. Auth via magic links and passkeys. The new portal is fully accessible and works on every modern browser including Safari iOS.
The outcome
Support tickets down 58%, CSAT up to 4.8/5, and 48k active users within the first quarter. The Quanta support team has been able to redirect two full-time agents to higher-value work.
