How we got here
Tapas Devlabs was founded in 2026 by Aayushya Panchal and Janmey Pandya in Himatnagar, Gujarat. Aayushya brings the engineering — years of building production Next.js applications for clients across India and abroad. Janmey brings the design and product strategy — a background in product design and growth marketing.
The studio is brand new, but the founders are not. Between them they have shipped 5+ production projects in 2026 alone — headless commerce, OTT streaming, B2B SaaS dashboards, customer portals, and corporate marketing sites. Every project hit Lighthouse 99 in production. Every client became a long-term partner.
We started Tapas Devlabs because we wanted to build a studio that worked the way we thought a studio should work: lean, senior, honest about pricing, and obsessed with shipping things that actually move the needle for the client. We are a small team on purpose. We do not plan to grow into an agency. We plan to stay sharp.
We work with clients across India, the US, the UK, the EU, the UAE, and Singapore. Our project management is built for async collaboration across time zones. Every project ships with a week-by-week timeline, a shared Slack channel, and 30 days of post-launch support.

Architecture before pixels
Every project starts with a 1-2 week architecture phase. The codebase that follows is faster to build, easier to extend, and cheaper to maintain.

Design, engineering, deployment, and post-launch. We do not hand off mid-build. You get a product, not a half-built site.

Design + product strategist. Owns the studio's brand, client relationships, and the design language across every project. Background in product design and growth marketing.
